I can't believe that Hunter will turn 6 tomorrow! Seems like yesterday he was too fat to move and using his rolls to sit up. Now, he's a slim, trim, tall, handsome, sweet, all-star little boy. (I'm just a little proud...) Anyway, in honor of his 6th birthday, we celebrated with his class this morning. The Hudson boys love donuts, so we had a cake made out of donuts. Always a crowd pleaser... Also, Hunter had a surprise this week. He lost his first tooth. I can't believe it's taken this long. It would have taken even longer if his big brother Mandell hadn't helped a little. A "friendly" game of basketball resulted in a head-to-chin encounter. The tooth was a casualty that couldn't be avoided. Hunter was not too upset, especially when he remembered Mandell's first tooth came out because Hunter's cowboy boot somehow made it's way into Mandell's mouth during a wresting match. So now they're even. I'm sure that will be the end of wrestling/bumps/bruises. (Let me live in my own little dream world for a while...) We are spending the day tomorrow celebrating Hunter's actual birthday. Hunter, Mandell and a few friends will be spending the day in Athens for the UGA/Alabama basketball game. Stay tuned... there will no doubt be some stories from that experience. :-)

I would be in HEAVEN with those donuts!! I'm sure he is excited about that tooth! Colby has two loose on the bottom.....I soooo don't want those things to come out. I love little baby teeth! :)
Happy Birthday to him!
yeah Hunter - that tooth finally came out! And I just laughed with the thought of Hunters rolls holding him up... uh, I think I have one of those little ones over here....
